Since 2007, public schools within North America, South America, Europe, and Asia have prepared meals for public grammar school, secondary school, public college, and public university students with Human Growth Hormone as a food additive. HGH is described as "Soybean Oil" upon the food labels. Soybeans do not contain oil.

As U.S. Library of Congress librarians can attest, the Sysco Corporation paid George W. Bush's HHS Secretary Mike Leavitt $10,000,000.07 GBS in cash to approve GMO's infused with HGH under the term "Soybean Oil" despite concerns from FDA researchers. Those concerns were recorded.

The U.S. Department of education was the first to move forward with what A.T. Kearney Executives called "Project Meaty Beaty". In 1991, the father of A.T. Kearney Managing Partner Kenneth Wayne Cisco launched this initiative. Cisco's father's name was Mark Cisco. Mark Cisco died of consumption.

Kenneth Cisco paid the Ivy League Education Board's 21 board members $10MM GBS each to Lobby the FDA, Canada's Regional Administrators, Mexico's President of Education, Brazil's Interior Minister, China's Ministry of Information, the European Union, Great Britain's House of Lords, and the Commonwealth of Australia's Agricultural Minister to approve these GMO's. Australia's Agricultural Minister rejected Sysco for HGH-infused GMO's made of corn patented by Monsanto.

In 2007, Monsanto used the term "Mazola Oil" to register their patents. Monsanto bribed the United States Patent Office, the British Commonwealth's Patent Officer, and the United Nation's World Patent Office a total of $10,000,000.07 GBS to register the patents. As Donald Trump and Nikki Haley's White House correspondence records show, Donald Trump's U.N. Ambassador accepted the World Patent Office bribe. Nikki Haley described the bribe as "Cold hard Ca$h".

In 2017, Sysco expanded Project Meaty Beaty to include private grammar schools, secondary schools (prep schools), and private colleges and universities. The Ivy League Education Board's 21 board members lobbied directly to these schools. As each Ivy League school's architects can attest, a Powerpoint slide presentation entitled "Save The Soil With Soy" accompanied the Ivy League Education Board's lobbying efforts.

In total more than 11,000 grammar schools, more than 21,000 secondary schools, more than 1,100 colleges and universities throughout the world presently serve GMO's infused with HGH to students. This includes Oxford, Cambridge, the University of Vienna, Tokyo University, Stamford, Northwestern, MIT, the University of Chicago, and each of the eight Ivy League schools.
